Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 10 April 2026
Welcome to the official website of Paymoola Sree Puliyambilli Vishnumaya Bhadrakali Devasthanam. By accessing or using www.paymooladevasthanam.com, booking offerings, or interacting with us in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.
1. About the Temple
Paymoola Sree Puliyambilli Vishnumaya Bhadrakali Devasthanam is a sacred divine sanctuary located in the forest foothills of the Wayanad Brahmagiri Hills at Bavali, Mananthavadi, Kerala, India. It is dedicated to Lord Vishnumaya, Goddess Bhadrakali, Puliyambilli Bhagavan, Naagas, and other revered Upa Moorthees. The Website exists to share information about the Temple, its deities, rituals, festivals, and to help devotees book offerings and plan their visits.
2. Use of the Website
- You agree to use the Website only for lawful, personal, and devotional purposes.
- You will not attempt to disrupt, hack, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its underlying systems.
- You will not upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringes the rights of others or the sanctity of the Temple.
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting enquiries or booking offerings.
3. Bookings & Offerings (Vazhipadu)
The Website allows devotees to request special poojas, offerings, and annadhanam (including Karuthavavu Karmam, Nayattu Gulikan Karmam, Annadhanam on Kalpana Day and Amavasi Day, and other vazhipadus). By submitting a booking request you understand and accept that:
- A booking request is an enquiry and is confirmed only after our temple office acknowledges it via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Offerings are performed strictly on the scheduled pooja days (Sundays / Kalpana Day, Amavasi, and Velluthavavu) or on such other days as the Temple may announce.
- The prices displayed for offerings are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice. The price in force on the date of confirmation will apply.
- You are responsible for providing correct details such as devotee name, nakshatra (birth star), date, and any specific intention for the offering.
- The Temple reserves the right to decline or reschedule any booking in case of unforeseen circumstances, festival priorities, or operational constraints.
4. Payments
Payments for offerings may be collected through channels communicated by our temple office (bank transfer, UPI, or in-person) after the booking is acknowledged. Devotees are advised to retain their transaction reference or receipt. Online payments, where available, are processed through secure third-party providers; the Temple does not store your card or banking credentials.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
As offerings are sacred religious services, refunds are generally not available once the pooja has been performed or the materials have been procured on the devotee's behalf. However, in certain cases:
- Cancellation requests made well in advance of the scheduled pooja day may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- If the Temple is unable to perform a confirmed offering due to reasons within its control, the devotee may request a reschedule or refund.
- All refund requests must be made by contacting the temple office at +91 90616 49101 or enquiry@paymooladevasthanam.com.
6. Temple Visits & Devotee Etiquette
Devotees visiting the Temple are requested to respect its sacred traditions and to follow the guidance of the temple authorities. In particular:
- Wear modest, traditional attire.
- Remove footwear before entering the sanctum.
- Keep mobile phones on silent.
- Refrain from photography inside the sanctum unless explicitly permitted.
- Follow the priest's instructions at all times.
